Sanitary Registration

In Costa Rica, the sanitary registrations of products such as cosmetics, food, natural products and hazardous chemicals are made with the Ministry of Health. This matter is regulated by the General Health Law, No. 5395 of October 30, 1973, as well as by a series of specific Executive Decrees.
